Synopsis

An elderly man had a son and a daughter. His son, however, was constantly seeking favor from the wealthy and the powerful, causing the old man great distress. To remedy this, he decided to move his family to the countryside and set up a charity. Unfortunately, his son left him due to the inconveniences of rural life, and his daughter became involved in an illicit relationship. Years later, the old man's grandson returned with his wife to the old man's side, unable to bear the estranged relationship between his parents and grandfather. At the same time, the old man's daughter also returned, and the family was reunited.
